Issue:
How do I reset my password or sign in with my support account?
Environment:
Lucidworks for Attivio Support Portal, Zendesk
Resolution:
- On the portal homepage, click on Sign In in the upper right-hand corner.
- Then select, Forgot my password
- Enter your email and hit submit and the system will send you a password reset email.
**If for some reason you can't login or don't receive the email, you can still submit your request through the Submit a Request Link without signing in.
