To view other support requests you have logged or to look at past updates on requests you have logged, select the drop-down "My activities" underneath your username.
You will then see 3 tabs:
- My requests
- Request I'm cc'd on
- Organization requests
You can click on any of the column names to sort your requests and see their status under the status column. Simply click on a request to reply back to the support agent by clicking "Add to the conversation." You may also always reply back by email as well if you prefer!
